Giulianna’s path to homelessness services is deeply personal and rooted in lived experience. After leaving home at 15 and becoming fully emancipated by 16, she spent two years unhoused—years marked by instability, violence, and profound hardship. A mentor eventually helped her secure her first apartment, and she has not been without a home since. Those early experiences shaped her life’s purpose: to ensure that no one else has to endure what she did.

Guided by that commitment, Giulianna immersed herself in homeless services, where her determination, empathy, and leadership quickly took root. Over the years, she has supported and housed hundreds of individuals and families, working to shift public perception and bring compassion, dignity, and humanity to the conversation around homelessness. With more than 20 years of management experience, she has led teams toward meaningful, measurable outcomes while cultivating environments grounded in respect, boundaries, and care.

For Giulianna, this work is not simply a profession—it is a calling born from resilience, restored hope, and an unwavering belief in every person’s right to safety and stability.

Outside of work, Giulianna is an avid endurance athlete, regularly running marathons and competing in triathlons. She finds joy in spending time with her dog, Nera, creating art, exploring photography, and playing guitar. She loves to cook, recharge in nature, and embrace the quiet moments that keep her grounded.
