In honor of Women’s History Month, Friends In Deed is excited to present EmpowerHER, an event designed to celebrate and support women through wellness, creativity, and community. Inspired by the meaningful activities offered at The Women’s Room, our program for women experiencing or at risk of homelessness, EmpowerHER brings together movement, mindfulness, artistic expression, and a bit of friendly competition!
