Mikah Jackson
Mikah grew up in the Pasadena area and brings a lifelong connection to her community to her work. She studied cultural anthropology at the University of California, Santa Barbara, where she developed a deep interest in understanding people and the systems that support them. After graduating, she felt a strong pull to give back locally and joined Union Station Homeless Services as a Volunteer Assistant, helping coordinate major community events such as Dinner in the Park and Masters of Taste.
In her free time, she loves playing with her puppy Penny and heading to spin class with friends. Mikah’s commitment to service, paired with her strong organizational skills and collaborative spirit, has shaped her approach to community‑centered work. She is passionate about creating meaningful experiences that bring people together and strengthen local support networks.
