Stacey McCarroll Cutshaw

A Southern California native, Stacey completed her B.A. at the California State University, Fullerton, her M.A. from the University of California, Riverside, and received her Ph.D. in the History of Art from Boston University. She enjoyed a vibrant career as an academic art gallery director, curator, editor, and professor in the history of photography and visual culture before volunteering at Friends In Deed in 2018. She soon embraced the opportunity to utilize her administrative, organizational, and project management skills to alleviate food insecurity and food waste managing the Food Pantry. Stacey appreciates how sharing food strengthens a sense of community and loves sharing food and stories with our clients.
